The Ardent City Pond is situated between the rat nestlings and the portal to the Lady's Lake.
It is described as being fished to depletion and popular in the Summer when citizens of Ardent City swim in it. It also hosts the annual royal cliff-diving competition. Not that any player would ever see that!
A player also ends up in this pond after using the one-way portal in Ardent Castle where Balthechildis is located.
